4. Payment Terms

All packages are one-time payments due in full at time of purchase. No refunds are issued after development has begun unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will result in account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Website templates, branding assets, and platform tools provided by PepSteps remain the intellectual property of PepSteps until full payment is received. Upon completion, client receives full ownership of their customized assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

PepSteps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, third-party payment processors, or products sold through client websites. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Website Packages

Due to the custom nature of our website builds, all sales are considered final once development has commenced (typically within 24 hours of payment). We offer a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before development begins.

Wholesale & Dropship Orders

Wholesale orders that have been fulfilled and shipped are non-refundable. Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at no charge with valid documentation submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Merchant Processing Services

Consultation and application fees for merchant processing services are non-refundable once submitted to processing partners. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the acquiring bank.
